Future

The time has come. Everything I have looked forward to all year has finally come. I am so happy I get to go to the school I dreamed of. I have worked hard for it and feel like I am up for the challenge. I know my future is full of hard work. I plan to give every single bit of me to all my work. I plan to go for a year to study abroad. I would like to go to Paris or Hong Kong since it is becoming a new place where fashion is being innovated. I want to find a job and intern at a design house. I plan to take advantage of New York City and Parsons as much as possible.

I find it hard to have all this information and make it in to different types of papers. It is all the same information and i don't know how to make different papers of it. I need to keep on working on my writing skills because they are not very good. I hope to make more progress this week.

Pop Art

I thought that Pop art was just a name given to the style of Andy Warhol's art but it really means "popular" art. It was named this way because he took "popular" every day items like Campbells soup can or famous artists faces like Elvis and made art out of them.

Wow. This year has gone by so quickly. I have had even more great things than I expected! We all had a lot of work but still managed our time to have fun. I have been very happy with my grades this year. They have maintained at a good place since the first quarter. I have had a lot of work after school  that being going to paint classes, meetings, model practices, gym, and home work! It has been a lot of work but has been all worth it. For this last quarter i just plan on making things worth it! I don't plan on dropping my grades or anything like that but i will just take things easier. Work will not stop coming for me and I can't just put it aside! I am done making collections for a few months. Now i just want to enjoy the few last days we have!

Andy Warhol has been one of my favorite artists for a few reasons: his way of working with bright colors, the way he takes simple objects and creates art, his philosophy and way of thinking. Coco Chanel is my all time favorite designer. She revolutionized the way we think about fashion today and how we wear it. I am fan of Audrey Hrpburn because of her personality and glamour. They way she acts in movies and the life she carried. The books I would use are Andy Warhol (from A to B and back) by Andy Warhol,
